About our publications
①Flyer introducing the Oita Information & Support Center
The Oita Information & Support Center opened on 27th June, 2019, and flyers announcing its establishment were distributed to governmental bodies and other local entities. If you would like copies of the flyer for publicity or training purposes, please contact us.
②Newsletter distribution
A newsletter combining information on the Oita Information & Support and the Oita International Plaza is published every three months and distributed to governmental bodies and other local entities. The newsletter provides information on residency for foreigners, the center’s consultation services, and organisations that provide support for foreigners.
③ On-site training at local municipalities & training sessions
We conduct on-site training and other training sessions in the facilities of local municipalities. For more information on our work in this area, please enquire at the commerce and labor division of the relevant local governmental body.
④Participation in the Joint Governmental Administration Consultations Center (‘Gōdō gyōsei sōdansho’)
We are a member of the ‘Consultations Center for All Matters on Everyday Life and Governmental Administration’ (Kurashi・Gyōsei Nandemo Sōdansho), a service run by the Oita Governmental Administration Surveillance and Consultations Center (Ōita Gyōsei Kanshi Gyōsei Sōdan Senta).
