Matching process
1. Fill in the ‘Volunteer Interpreter/Translator Request Form’.

2. Send in the form to the Oita International Plaza via facsimile, e-mail or in person.
3. The Oita International Plaza matches a volunteer with the client (i.e. person who made the request).
4. The plaza introduces and dispatches the volunteer.
5. Client reports outcome to the Oita International Plaza.

We do not accept requests that are political, religious or for-profit in nature. Requests that are related to legal matters, the family register or medical practices will also be declined.
